Delivery Time Frames

All orders will be packed on saturday of the week and will be shipped out on the following monday. If any urgent request, please email us to see whether we can accommodate your requests.

Order Fulfillment Policy

In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order completely, we will reach out to you for further instructions. If we do not receive a response from you within two weeks of our notification, we will proceed to send the available items from your order. You will be refunded for any missing products.

Bulky Items

Bulky items are those with either a high weight or large cubic volume. Products will be marked as bulky on their sales page and may incur extra shipping costs. This generally only includes some large rods & combos.

PO Boxes

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes across Australia at this time.

Delivery Tracking

All orders placed online will be delivered with trackable information. Once your order has been dispatched, simply use the tracking ID on the chosen courier page or view our Order Tracking page.

International Shipping

Please email info@heavenlytreats.com.au if you require your goods to be shipped outside of Australia. We cannot ship to international armed forces, freight forwarders, or international PO Boxes.
